I've moved into an older apartment here, seemed clean at first but when moved in noticed it's not clean at all, would like to do deep clean with mattress cleaning and all, have you used any services? Saw a lot of fake reviews on multiple services in basic google searches, also what's up with everybody wanting money in advance on shady sites...

I spend a few months in Thailand every year as a tourist. I got a Thai bank account many years ago on a tourist visa. The debit card is convenient, but can’t be used for online purchases. If I get a Retirement Visa, will that make it possible to get a debit card that I can make online purchase with, even when I’m overseas? If so, will the card continue to work when I move back to the states for a few months?

I've noticed Agoda offers bookings for activities/attractions in Bangkok, sometimes at better prices than booking directly or through other platforms. I'm unsure about how reliable their activity bookings are.

I'm in Australia and want to send an English book to my friend living in Thailand. I was thinking of buying the book from a local bookstore and sending it to her.

I live in a neighborhood where a Chinese renter has been receiving parcels at my address and other nearby houses almost every day. I've seen a shop delivery guy show up with a package with a Chinese name on it, but clearly my address. A Chinese guy then comes out of the opposite house to collect the package. I'm concerned about what's going on and want to know what I can do about it.
