I'm looking to buy a used PS5 in Warsaw, but CeX is selling them for 2900 PLN, which seems too high to me.

You'll probably get a better deal online at Vinted.pl or OLX.pl, especially now that people are offloading their consoles before the new GTA game comes out.

Try Allegro or Allegro Lokalnie.

I was lucky and got a slim PS5 with a disc drive for 1700 PLN on OLX.pl about two weeks ago.
