Do servers at Storm Crow Manor get extra pay

Do servers at Storm Crow Manor get extra pay during ticketed events?

I was at a Halloween party at Storm Crow Manor last week and I realized that if they're not taking cash, the servers aren't getting tips. I ended up paying with card and giving the server a $20 tip. I'm curious if they get extra pay during these events or if it's just a flat rate.

At the event I worked for the same owner, we had to make a lot of drinks for free and received zero tips because the ticket price didn't include gratuity, but it did include a complimentary drink. When other bartenders brought this up, they got fired.

You were still paid an hourly wage, so you weren't working entirely without compensation, were you?

During my visits to the venue in July for a number of years, I noticed that drinks were more expensive than usual, and I was told that it was because the tip was automatically included in the ticket price. I'm not sure if this policy still applies.
