Cheapest way to transfer money from Europe to ABA USD account in Siem Reap?

I'm looking for the cheapest way to send EUR from Europe to an ABA USD account in Siem Reap. I've used Wise and Revolut in the past, but I'm not satisfied with their fees. I'm interested in actual total fees, exchange rates, and arrival times.

I used Remitly app to send $2000 to an ABA account, and I was charged only $5. I'm not sure if Remitly is available in Europe, but you can try it and it's connected to ABA.

I also transfer money through Remitly, and it's a flat fee of $5, with the money arriving within minutes through an email code.

Wise is a good option for larger transfers and offers the best exchange rates. I also use RIA to transfer smaller amounts for instant transfers.

I've used Ria Money Transfer and MoneyGram in Siem Reap to transfer money to ABA accounts. They both offer competitive exchange rates and fees.
