I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. Not sleeping enough can really mess you up in the long run.

I usually aim for 8 hours, but I've had nights where I've slept for 8-10 hours. When I was younger, I thought 8 hours was a waste of time and I'd sleep for 4-5 hours to 'enjoy' the night, but I ended up being miserable during the day.
