Considering a job offer in Santurce, Puerto Rico - which one to choose?

I've been running a small surf school in Santurce for 9 years, and I'm now considering two job offers. One is a full remote position with a local company, paying well and allowing me to work with colleagues from Puerto Rico. The other is an on-site position with a US company, paying 10% more but requiring me to rent or commute daily to the metropolitan area and work with teams from the US and India.

I'd choose the remote job, as the extra money would be offset by the cost of commuting and potential rent increases. Working from home is a big advantage.

I'd also choose the remote job, as the 10% difference in pay wouldn't make up for the time and stress of commuting and potential rent increases. Your time is worth more than the extra money.
