Best transportation from Cancun to Tulum and Tulum to Airport?

I travel to Tulum often for work and to see family. I'm looking for the best way to get from Cancun to Tulum and then from Tulum to the airport. I've heard that the ADO bus is a good option, but I want to know more about it.
