Cape vs Park Hyatt: Which is better?

We're considering a stay in Los Cabos and I've got a suite upgrade available at the Cape, or a regular room at the Park Hyatt Cabo Del Sol. We're looking for a mix of luxury and relaxation, and I've heard the Park Hyatt is great for older couples, but I've also heard the Cape is a more lively scene. Has anyone stayed at both and can advise on which is better for us?

If you're going during high season, I'd consider the Park Hyatt. The Cape can get pretty overrun with wedding parties during that time.

Two hotels in Los Cabos offer distinct atmospheres. A lively scene is found at one of them, which is ideal for younger couples, whereas the other is more suited for older couples seeking a calm and luxurious getaway.

I agree that one of these hotels can get busy during peak season, but I still prefer it. The hotel is pleasant, the food is enjoyable, and the rooftop bar is a lot of fun. It's definitely more suited for active couples in their 30s and 50s who enjoy a lively scene.
