Metro from MEX to Roma/Condesa?

We're visiting Mexico City in a couple weeks from the US and we were planning to take the metro from the airport to our hotel in the Roma/Condesa area, but no one mentions it on here. Is it not a reasonable option?

The metro in Mexico City can be a challenge, especially during rush hour when it gets extremely crowded. It's not ideal for travelers with large luggage or bags, as pickpocketing can be a concern. Additionally, some areas like Condesa can be tricky to reach by subway. Considering the affordability of Ubers, it might be worth considering them for transportation.

I used the metro frequently during my stay in Mexico City, but I avoided peak hours to avoid crowds. The app was very helpful in navigating the system, allowing me to find the closest metro station and plan my route. It was a convenient and efficient way to get around the city.

I didn't know about the app, but it's great to have a convenient tool for navigating the metro system.

We spent a week in Mexico City and relied on the subway and buses to get around, staying near Roma Norte. We took an Uber to and from the airport, which was a good decision given the crowds and luggage restrictions during rush hour. Travelers with large bags may find it difficult to navigate the metro during peak hours.

The timing of when to exit the airport terminals to catch a rideshare seems to be a point of confusion. I've had mixed experiences with this, so it's worth double-checking.
