Take her to Lucero. It’s a “rooftop” bar and they serve food, I’m sure they have a happy hour. It’s supposed to rain tomorrow but if it doesn’t you can eat and chat outdoors and if it does there’s big windows giving you a great view of Tempe while you watch the rainfall on comfortable seating.
