Temporary Speed Camera on 12th St and Indian School Rd - Do They Validate False Flashes?

الخدمات منذ 2 أسبوع الإجابات: 3 •

I've been driving past the speed camera on 12th St and Indian School Rd, and it flashes every time, even when I'm driving at a reasonable speed. I'm worried that it's just recording my speedometer without validating the ticket. Does anyone know if they actually review and validate false flashes, or should I start compiling evidence?

Before issuing a ticket, an officer must review each potential citation and make a judgment call on its validity.

I was pulled over by a speed camera in Tempe, and I was driving at the posted speed limit. However, I never received a ticket.

The camera seems to be malfunctioning, and it's likely that the city is aware of the issue. I've seen a similar camera in Mesa, located at the intersection of Country Club and Southern, which flashes nearly every car that passes through.
