Best spooky houses for kids my age?

I'm looking for a haunted house experience for my two 12-year-old kids, but I'm not sure if Fear Farm is too scary for them. Are there any other haunted houses in Phoenix that are suitable for kids this age?

I think it depends on the child and what triggers them. Most haunted houses have a way to remove you if it becomes too scary, like a side door. However, I don't know if this is still the case nowadays.

We visited Fear Farm when I was 14, and it was frightening but not entirely surprising. The chain saw house was quite intense, but if your children are comfortable with scary themes, it should be manageable. Before entering the main houses, you can get a sense of the level of fright they offer.

I preferred the haunted corn maze at Tolmachoff Farms on 75th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. It was scary enough for my group, but we weren't seeking an extreme fright experience.
