I'm looking for a free or low-cost activity to do on a weekend in West, Panama City, without going to the Costa Verde trail.

You can take a bus to Coloncito and then a chiva to Nueva Gorgona for around $10. Bring some snacks and water from home and enjoy the views. This was one of my favorite free activities in the area.

Have you been to Vacamonte already? You have 7 km of bike path and a beach there. Go to the mirador for a nice view.
