I'm a Brazilian trans man living in Panama City for 2 years, looking for resources and doctors who can provide hormone therapy without a stable income, and I'm not sure if there are any options available in the city.

I recommend contacting the Asociación de Hombres Trans de Panama. They can guide you on how to obtain hormone replacement therapy, but it's not possible to get it for free.

At the level of the social security system, there is no assistance available. However, if you go to a private doctor and they prescribe you the medication, you can get the nebido (testosterone) at the pharmacy. My partner sees an endocrinologist who charges $100 per consultation, and before they can start the treatment, they need to do a series of exams, including a blood test and a physical examination, which may be a bit pricey.
