Pasantías en P&G (procesos) - How long does the process take and what's the salary?

I'm assuming you're in the Legal Intern process. I was called for an interview and they told me there are 2 rounds: the first one with HR and the second one with a panel of people from the department. Then, you'll have a test of your language skills. The third person you'll talk to will be a superior of the people who interviewed you in the panel, but it's more to get to know you. I didn't get the salary information, but I've read that internships start at 2,000.00. You'll have to figure out the company culture when you get there.

I was in a similar process last year. It took around a month to complete, and I had 4 interviews. Two were with the HR team and two were with the heads of different departments. They ask a lot of questions to assess your skills and fit. The internship pays 1,800,000 and it's a full-time position, but they're flexible with the schedule. However, it depends on the department.
