New York City Animal Shelter (NYC ACC)

The NYC ACC really needs a lot of help as they have too many animals and could market themselves so much better.

They could use ads on buses and on bus shelters to urge people to adopt, and with the wealth in the city and famous people who could be used in ads, this could be a very effective way to get more animals adopted.
