Flatiron Building Welcomes Its First Residents: A Historic Comeback
New York City’s iconic Flatiron Building has opened its doors to its first residents after a transformative conversion into 36 condominiums. The iconic triangular structure, previously an office building for over a century, underwent extensive restoration to become a beacon of architectural preservation and luxury living.

The Brodsky Organization, responsible for the conversion, announced the start of closings, marking the beginning of residents moving into the landmark. The project’s centerpiece is a meticulous restoration, including the replacement of all windows and the meticulous restoration of thousands of terra-cotta features.
Each of the 36 homes features a private elevator entry, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and innovative amenities such as a Ketra lighting system, a 60-foot lap pool, a sauna, and a golf simulator. The apartments also offer panoramic views of Madison Square Park and the surrounding cityscape, enhancing the residents’ urban lifestyle.
Residents will have access to various amenities, including a game room, lounges with city views, and storage units. The property’s future dining option, Bar Pisellino, is also set to be a highlight, with its founders known for their popular West Village restaurants.
