Miami Beach Parking Garage

The city manages and operates 66 surface parking lots, 12 garages, and 19 residential parking permit zones citywide. The city has implemented enhanced parking technology such as pay by license plate, multi-space pay stations for on-street and surface parking lots, pay-on-foot stations at garages, a bike sharing program with Citi Bike, and Blink (Level 2) charging stations at some garages. The department also offers discounted parking for residents during certain periods.
