I'm looking for a safe place to park my bike in Plaza Encuentro Oceanía, where I can leave it for a few hours. I've seen a lot of bike parking spots in the area, but I'm not sure if they're secure.

There's a lot of petty theft in the area, so it's not a good idea to leave your bike there.

There's a bike parking area near the Ikea store, but I'm not sure how secure it is. You could ask the delivery guys working near the BBVA bank, they might know where to park your bike. There's also a bike rack in front of the BBVA bank, with a 'Alto' sign and a few chained bikes.

Take two strong chains and two good locks, and lock your bike in front of the Starbucks. You might have to pay them, but it's better than losing your bike. You can also ask the parking attendant if they let you park your bike with the motorcycles.
