I recently got a job offer from a company in La Libertad that asked me to take a 4-hour technical test as part of the selection process. I'm not sure if this is normal or if they're trying to scam me. Has anyone else had to take a test like this in La Libertad?

First, ask about the salary. If they're offering you $4000 or more, you're good. If it's $800 pesos, you're getting exploited.
