Is bike parking allowed in Naif Deira?

I've been driving around for more than 30 minutes looking for parking around Naif Deira. Then I saw a space from a distance and I was so happy and relieved that I’ve finally got a space. I got there and saw this guy parking his motorcycle there, asked him if he’s allowed to park there and he said yes that he’s also paying for the parking. I felt really angry because it seems like a waste of space for a bike parking there.

He's entitled to use the full space if he pays for parking. However, some areas have smaller bike parking slots, which Naif might not have yet.

Naif has smaller bike parking slots, which makes me question the usage of this parking space. I'm still learning, though.

Bikes are subject to the same parking rates as cars, making it a legitimate option.

It's perfectly legal for him to park there, as long as he pays the parking fee.

You're directing your frustration at the wrong group of people.

I completely agree. As a motorcycle owner, I'm aware that fees like Salik, parking, and RTA registration are applicable to motorcycles just like they are for cars.
