Has anyone successfully Ubered from CDMX to Puebla with pets and luggage?

I'm planning to stay in Puebla for the last month of my trip and I have pets and a lot of luggage, so I'd like to take an Uber from CDMX. I've stayed in CDMX for coming close to 3 months now.

If you're traveling with a lot of luggage, you might want to consider hiring a private driver. They can accommodate your needs and are often more flexible than public transportation.

I've heard that hiring a private driver can be a good option. Do you know of any services that offer this?

Some Uber drivers may be willing to take you on a trip outside of the app, but this can be a risk since you won't have the same level of security as you would with an in-app ride.

I've had mixed success taking my dog in Ubers within Mexico City. However, my friend has taken Ubers from Puebla and Roma streets without any issues, except for traffic. I speak Spanish and usually call the driver as soon as they accept the ride to explain the situation. About 40% of the time, the driver asks me to cancel, which I do.
