I'm an accountant in Dubai, working with newcomers, and I'm looking for a custom lithium ion battery manufacturer to replace a specific battery pack for a head light I wear at work. I've tried contacting electronics shops and bigger battery companies, but they can't help with small batteries or customisation. I need two cells that can be connected with a 3-pin connector, and the specs are 7.2V DC, 3400mAh, 24.5Wh, with dimensions 65 x 36 x 18mm.

Be cautious when unwrapping the plastic wrapping, as you might find 2x18650 cells with a simple BMS circuit attached. If you're unable to unwrap it, you won't lose anything. Just be careful not to cut too deeply into the plastic.

I'm grateful for the advice. However, I'm not familiar with soldering. If you're in Dubai, there are several electronics markets where you can find someone to solder the batteries for you.

If you're new to soldering, it might be best to start with a simpler project. In Dubai, you could try asking around at the Computer Plaza or Dragon Mart for recommendations on where to get your batteries soldered.
