I'm having trouble with Mashreq Bank's customer service, particularly with their chatbots and no deposit ATMs. I've had issues with a cheque return request and it's been frustrating trying to get help.

I completely agree, I couldn't reach any customer support and I closed all my accounts when they introduced that broken AI chatbot which never directs you to a real human no matter what.

What financial institution did you change your account to?

I switched to Wio and I'm happy with it, to be honest.

Wio is okay, although I've only used their app and not their customer services. All the other local banks are pretty rubbish, ADCB was great but then they redesigned and ruined themselves.

I've had a better experience at Mashreq, I always manage to reach the customer support.

How is that possible, I've been trying since morning and it doesn't let me go past the AI.
