Can I help a wrongly terminated employee get his job back?

I've become friends with a night front desk employee at my apartment building in Dubai. He's being terminated for accepting a 20dhs tip from a guest, which I think is unfair. I want to speak to management to help him get his job back or clarify the situation. I'm not familiar with work culture in Dubai, where I'm an expat.

A 20 AED tip is unlikely the sole reason for someone's termination. It's possible that another employee reported the person for receiving the tip, possibly due to jealousy. Management has the discretion to hire or fire, and if they're not doing their job well, it's hard to intervene.

Someone who was monitoring the CCTV footage reported the person's actions, unfortunately. I checked the employer regulations in Dubai and found that companies can hire or fire without providing a reason.
