Dallas Michelin Star restaurants?

I've been following the 2026 Michelin Guide update for Dallas and Fort Worth restaurants and I'm curious about the restaurants that have been promoted or demoted. Specifically, I'm wondering about the 1-star restaurant Goldee's Barbecue and how it compares to the other 1-star restaurants in the area, such as Mamani and Tatsu.

I'm puzzled by Mamani's one-star rating. It's the most unimpressive one-star I've visited, and I don't think it compares to Tatsu in terms of quality.

Tatsu significantly outperforms Mamani. It's a notable difference in their culinary offerings.

Dallas has a surprisingly high number of one-star restaurants, considering its proximity to San Antonio. Houston, on the other hand, seems to be outperforming the city. The recent additions to the guide make sense to me, and I'm not surprised about Georgie's inclusion.
