I'm traveling overland from Malaysia to Thailand and want to take the Padang Besar → Bangkok overnight train. I'm looking for Train 46, ideally a second-class AC lower berth. What's the best place to book this specific journey?

You can also consider taking a local train or taxi to Hat Yai and picking up other sleepers to Bangkok from there.
