Chili's

Chili's at 45th & Lamar was mentioned as a good backdrop for a birthday photo. It's a public restaurant with a visible location, making it easy to find and take a photo.

Chez Zee

Chez Zee is a cute restaurant that has a private event room, making it an ideal spot for a business casual sit-down dinner. They have a private event room and can be contacted through their website for bookings. It's worth noting that availability might be better if you don't book on a Friday or Saturday evening, or consider a Friday boozy lunch with fancy cocktails at a posh hotel.

Austin Sports and Social Club

Playing kickball, softball, and cornhole through the Austin Sports and Social Club can be a great way to make friends, as it's a recurring and casual activity with a relatively low cost of $100 for a season, which typically lasts 7-8 weeks. With a variety of sports to choose from and a relatively low cost, this is a good option for those looking to make friends in a small group setting with a calm environment.
