I'm looking for a specific type of wing, similar to the photo, with or without chilis. I've tried several Chinese takeout places but none of them offer just salt and pepper wings.

You could try Lao Szechuan in Doraville and see if they'll serve Szechuan-style wings. Atlanta isn't particularly famous for Szechuan cuisine.

I'm a big fan of lemon pepper wings, but I also enjoy this style of seasoning, which is often used on salt and pepper wings.

Many pho shops offer a tasty twist on traditional wings by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
