Is there a traffic light planned for the Beltline crossing at Boulevard?

I'm an Italian retiree who's been living in Atlanta for eight years. I'm interested in healthcare, residency, and quiet streets. I've been noticing how the Beltline crossing at Boulevard is quite dangerous, especially for pedestrians.

I would start by contacting the local City Council representative for that area. They should be able to provide guidance on who to reach out to.

It's also a good idea to reach out to the Grant Park Neighborhood Association. They have a Traffic and Safety Committee that can help advocate for improvements.

The intersection is poorly designed, with limited visibility and a 'green' cycle that doesn't give pedestrians enough time to cross. A four-way stop with flashing red lights for both cars and cyclists on the beltline could help improve safety.
