Bike rentals in Dubai for Dubai Ride?

I'm planning to join the Dubai Ride but I don't own a personal bike. I'm wondering if Careem Bike is allowed and if there are any affordable bike rentals in Dubai.

To get a free Careem Bike during the event, you had to arrive very early. In fact, it was a challenge to secure one even when you were there early.

Careem Bike is free for the duration of the event, but it's a real challenge to get one. Last year, I spent two hours driving around in my own car, visiting locations like Jumeirah beach, Satwa, Karama, Mankhool, Golden Sands, and Bur Dubai, before finally securing one just before midnight when the free period started.

Thanks for the heads up! It looks like I'm not getting any sleep the night before the ride if I'll be able to find a Careem Bike.
