If you're visiting Angkor for the equinox, be prepared for significant crowds. It's also the rainy season, so the weather is quite unpredictable, with rain often coming later in the day. Chances of a clear sunrise are almost zero.

I was in Siem Reap today and the sky was cloudy, so I didn't get to see the equinox. However, the cool breeze while driving around the temples was a nice bonus.
