I'll be bringing my small dog with me to Playa del Carmen. He has come with me a few years ago, but it seems the rules have changed and I need to get an exam to say he does not have screw worms so we can re-enter the US.

Most vets will do this pretty easily. I've heard that some of them charge around 500 pesos, but I'm not sure if that's for the exam alone or if it includes other services as well.
