Is the World of Coffee Panama worth the $52 price tag?

Question

I'm considering buying a ticket to this coffee event next week, but I'm not sure if it's worth the $52 price tag. I love coffee, but I'm not sure if it's worth that much. I've seen the option to add a coupon when buying the ticket, but I don't know how to get one. Can anyone who's going to the event tell me if it's worth it and if they know how to get a discount?

Kieran L · Answer

I'm attending the event and believe it's worth the cost. You'll have opportunities to connect with other coffee professionals, and numerous coffee farms will be providing samples of their finest coffee. It's a fantastic experience, and you can even observe coffee farms showcasing their products. I think it's worth the price, even if you only attend for one day.

It's a world-class event, and many coffee celebrities will be attending. You'll get to see high-level barista techniques and even compete in the barista competition. If it's expensive, well, good things come at a price. For those in the coffee business, it's a great opportunity to expand your brand and meet potential clients. However, I think it's geared more towards people from outside Panama, and $50 is a lot for the average Panamanian.

I was lucky enough to buy my ticket on the day of the coffee festival, and I got a special discount. It cost me only 5 dollars, which made it more worth it. Even though I'm not in the coffee business or barism, I think it's a great experience to meet coffee farms from all over the world, taste different coffees, and be in a different environment. Maybe I'll even learn something, since I've always wanted to open a coffee shop.

I love coffee, but I don't think it's worth $50 for a one-day event. Maybe it's worth it for someone in the coffee industry, but for me, it's a bit too expensive.
