I've been noticing that some 3B stores have been closing for 'maintenance' lately, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this trend.

They open one store a day, so they must be closing some to make room for the new ones.

Yes, they close all of them every day, usually around 8 or 9 pm.

So, is this rumor true?

They're going through a restructuring process. I'm actually applying for a position related to a change in strategy.

A restructuring? As long as they keep selling things at the same price and keep selling those delicious Masterchips.

They have an aggressive expansion plan, so when they close a store, they open another one to compete with the competition, and then they realize that store wasn't a good option and close it too.

If they say it's for maintenance, I believe them, they're having a boom and maybe investing in their image, with stores in different areas that have a friendlier look.
