Sage Hill

I bought my condo in Sage Hill - it's fine. Most necessities are close, even walking distance depending. If you take transit however it's horrible with no train access or station close.

Mostly bought here for bang for buck honestly. Same price range in lots of other areas gets you a condo built 25+ years ago with higher condo fees
