We'll be in Ubud for about 5 days in November and would love some of your favorite places to visit outside of Ubud. We plan to hire a driver and visit sites such as: waterfall/hikes, temples, Coffee Plantation all appeal to us, but many options in those categories. We have no interest in various swings I see on package tours.

I recently hiked Mt. Batur at sunrise, which was an unforgettable experience for me. The early morning hike rewarded me with breathtaking views. If you're looking for a memorable adventure, I'd highly recommend it.

The Campuhan Ridge trail is a beautiful walk. Pairing it with a visit to Karsa Spa is an excellent way to unwind after a hike. The spa's relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenating treatments make it the perfect spot to rejuvenate.

Campuhan Ridge was on my list of places to visit, and having it endorsed makes me more likely to try it out. I also appreciate the suggestion of adding a spa visit, which I'll look into further.

A scenic drive up to Munduk offers stunning waterfalls, while a visit to the Bedugul botanical gardens is a must-see. The twin lakes, a temple in the lake, and Jatiluwih are all great spots to explore on a long day trip. Be prepared for crowds, though.

Hiking Mount Batur at 9am can be a great way to avoid the crowds, as you may have the entire area to yourself. This is in contrast to the more popular sunrise hikes, which can draw large groups of people.

Walking along Jl. Subak Sok Wayah is a peaceful experience, as it's less crowded than Campuhan Ridge. This allows you to fully appreciate the scenery and enjoy the serene atmosphere.
