What to expect in a Nestle interview in Panama City?

What to expect in a Nestle interview in Panama City?
サービス 5 answers • Jeroen Jansen
I'm a 7-month resident in Panama City with my partner, currently setting up a home. I've applied to multiple positions at Nestle and received an interview for a role that requires more experience than I have. I'm anxious about the interview and would like to know what to expect, how to prepare, and what makes a successful candidate.

I think it would be helpful to practice your interview with a simulated conversation using ChatGPT. Additionally, you can review previous job postings for that position to understand the requirements and potential areas of questioning.

Don't worry too much about not having the required experience. Just be confident and convince them that you're the right person for the job. Then, put in a lot of effort in your first two weeks on the job.

Prepare for questions related to the topic and try to turn your lack of experience into an advantage. You can also practice answering tough questions by having someone ask you difficult questions and see how you respond.

Even though it's not required, preparing your answers using the STAR method can give you an edge in the interview. As a multinational company, they will likely value this.

Congratulations on getting the interview! Since you made it this far, your profile must have caught their attention. From a recruitment perspective, I can tell you that they don't always look for candidates who meet 100% of the requirements. To prepare, I would recommend investing time in researching the company and practicing your responses to common interview questions.
