I'm looking to move into a house in Virginia Highland in January, and I've been told that there are 'off-market' houses for rent that only realtors know about. I'm looking at Poncey Highland or Morningside too.

I've been trying to break into research or research admin roles at Emory/CHOA, but I've had no luck with my applications. I've applied to entry-level roles and admin jobs, but I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I have a BS in Psychology and some experience working in retail and at a law firm. What can I do to increase my chances of getting hired?

I was pulled over and noticed the police officer was wearing Meta Glasses on top of their body camera. I'm concerned about the violation of privacy and data collection for Meta.

I got a $16 ticket for using Peach Pass lane in a part of town we don't go to. I don't want to spend ten hours trying to dispute $16 so I just went ahead and paid the stupid thing, but I am curious with all these new AI cameras making mistakes - has this happened to anyone else in the last month or two? Have you gotten one of these? They charged us twice - within a few minutes of each other too. Super sketchy.

I'm looking to use a kiln to add glazes to some of the many bones I have, but I've not the space for a kiln myself. Could anyone point me to a kiln I could make use of? I am amiable to renting space in one, if that's a thing, or just trading bones for use of one. Any tips are welcome, and thank you~

I remember a few years ago visiting Phipps Plaza during the holidays and seeing a unique Father Christmas character. He had a long blackish robe with ornamentation, a huge wood walking stick, and a long white beard. He looked more like an old wizard than the traditional Santa Claus. Does anyone remember this character and have any photos of him?

I'm a 6'4, average build white male, used to rougher areas, heading to a concert in Atlanta. I need to know if I should pay for an Uber or walk/take the bus to the Greyhound station.

I'm considering a move to the suburban Atlanta area in Norcross/Duluth.

I was driving home last night and saw police all up and down 141/peachtree Rd in Buckhead, some blocking lanes, others parked in apartment lots or gas stations. They were on every block for probably 15 blocks. There were SUVS, patrol cars, and motorcylces. I couldn't find any news articles about it.

I've been going to The Nook for years, but lately, it's taking forever to get food and drinks, even when it's not busy.

I'm looking for recommendations for boarding facilities or experienced sitters who can handle a very aggressive/reactive dog while I'm away for 8 days. My dog is very reactive and aggressive toward strangers and other dogs, although he's fine with cats. I've tried arranging meet and greets with several dog sitters, but he would bark aggressively, pull hard on his leash, and lunge toward them even when they were standing about 10 feet away. Unfortunately, asking friends or relatives to take care of him isn't an option either.

I'm looking to prune a large European hornbeam in my yard and want to get an estimate for the cost. I've heard it can range from $150 to $250 per large branch, but I'd like to get some more concrete quotes.
