We're planning a welcome dinner for our wedding party in San Jose del Cabo in May 2027 and need a restaurant that can accommodate 20-25 guests, including 2 minors, on a Friday night. We're looking for a casual atmosphere and local cuisine, and are open to a private section or a portion of a restaurant. We'll be staying at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and will arrange transport for our group.

Casa Martin in San Jose del Cabo is a great option. We had a similar-sized group at their Cabo San Lucas location and it was fantastic. If budget allows, consider Semillon or Acre for a more upscale experience. 7 Seas Grill has a beautiful view and vibe, but the food is just okay.

Acre is definitely a nice spot, but keep in mind that it's a popular restaurant, so it might be a bit pricier.

Las Guacamayas in San Jose del Cabo has an upstairs patio that can easily accommodate a group of 25. The food is amazing and reasonably priced.

Acre is a great choice, but be aware that their wine markup is quite high, so if you're planning to drink wine, it might not be the best option.
