I finish work at 5 and want something to do in the evenings. Walks get boring fast, and the weather won't be great for cycling over the next few months. Museums are nice, but I want something more active, and I wouldn't go to a gym every day.

There are plenty of activities to do in Warsaw, depending on your interests and where you live. Some of my favorites include going ice skating at Tor Stegny, practicing swimming at one of the covered pools, horse racing at wyscigi, and jazz concerts at Jassmine.

The gym isn't only for bodybuilders, it's also for staying fit and building stamina. There are plenty of indoor activities to choose from too, such as pool, badminton, squash, indoor football, swimming, sauna, go-karting, escape rooms, and more.

Have you ever seen a beaver? They're most active at dusk and dawn, and you can try spotting them on the riverbanks. Kładka Żerańska is a good location to start, but there are many other places to try. If you're looking for a moose, head to Kampinos, where they're active during similar hours, perhaps after or before a morning jog.

If you plan to stay in Poland, learning the Polish language would be a valuable use of your time. Not only will it help you communicate with locals, but it'll also make it easier to make friends and feel more at home here.
