I've been visiting Tulum often for work and to see family, and I'm planning to return soon. Are the local grocery stores, markets, and other businesses still open? Has the local population been affected economically? Have many expats moved away? Are there any new safety concerns? I hope the local communities are doing well.

I've been checking the weather app and see nothing but rain showers for the next week. I'm headed to Tulum next week to see my family for work.
