My family and I are planning to visit Isla Mujeres from the 20th-25th and we're worried about the weather. We've heard it can be quite rainy during this time of year, but we're not sure if it's the kind of place that constantly clears up like many islands.

I'm heading to Isla Mujeres in a few weeks and I'm used to hiking in long sleeves to protect my skin from the sun. However, I've heard that the humidity on Isla Mujeres is higher than where I'm from, so I'm wondering if long sleeves would be too hot. I'll be there for about 8 days starting October 26th.

We have a group of 6 friends going to Cancun in a few weeks. Is it worth a trip to go to the island to just walk around for a few hours, go to the shops, restaurants, etc? We aren't looking to do the snorkeling, so wasn't sure if it was worth a trip without that.

I'm a 33-year-old woman who's quite active and fit, but also on a wheelchair. I can swim and it's my dream to swim with whale sharks or manta rays in Isla Mujeres.

We're planning a beach day with the kids and I'm concerned that the forecast is predicting 8mm of rain per day in late September. Does this mean we'll be stuck inside all day?
