State Fair of Texas

The State Fair of Texas is a must-visit event in Dallas, featuring a wide variety of traditional and trendy foods.

One reason to visit is the Cajun shrimp stuffed baked potato, which is 'one of the only items at the fair that's actually worth what you pay.'
